Soothing the System – A Deeply Restorative Breathwork Experience

Step out of the noise of everyday life and into a calm, nurturing space designed to gently soothe and reset your nervous system.

This is a slow, carefully held breathwork and relaxation session, created to support deep rest, safety, and reconnection, both within yourself and with the natural world around you.

Held in a peaceful rural setting, surrounded by open fields, horses, birdsong, and fresh air, this session invites you to soften, settle, and be supported. Participants often comment on the beauty of the space, the sounds of nature outside, the sense of being held, and the calm, safe atmosphere throughout.

What to Expect

The session unfolds gradually and intentionally, with every element chosen to support nervous system down-regulation and deep restoration.

We begin with a gentle grounding and welcoming into the space, allowing you to arrive fully and feel at ease. From there, the experience flows through:

-Light movement and gentle shaking to release tension

-Simple, down-regulating breathwork practices to calm the mind and body

-A nurturing ritual of self-touch, inviting a sense of safety, presence, and self-connection

-An extended heart-coherence breathwork journey, where we spend time breathing in a slow, steady rhythm that supports emotional balance and nervous system regulation

-During this phase, Jasmin offers Reiki touch (to shoulders and head) for those who are open to it, adding an extra layer of calm and support

-A deeply relaxing guided hypnosis journey, designed to integrate the effects of the breathwork and encourage rest at every level

Throughout the session, carefully chosen music supports the experience, and there is a short break partway through to rest, reset, and stay comfortable.

We close by coming back together for tea, light snacks, and optional sharing, allowing time to gently transition back and integrate the experience.

This session is held with great care and attention to detail. Jasmin brings a calm, grounded presence and works in a trauma-informed, choice-led way, ensuring you feel safe, respected, and supported throughout. Nothing is forced, and you’re always invited to listen to your own body.

Jasmin weaves together restorative breathwork, somatic practices, self-touch, Reiki, hypnotherapy, and nervous system awareness to create deeply nurturing experiences. Her work is rooted in helping people soften into their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect with a sense of ease and inner safety.

This session is an invitation to slow down, be held, and allow your system to reset, supported by breath, touch, sound, nature, and gentle guidance.

Spaces are limited to keep the container intimate and well held.
