Would you like to enhance your• vitality and energy • focus and clarity• confidence and inspiration • self-resilience and awareness We know that we breathe to live, but we also use our breath to repress and suppress our emotions that can affect our wellbeing. Every one of us has a unique breathing pattern that affects how we process information and live our lives. Many of us hold onto unnecessary tension within our respiratory muscles, and this not only restricts us from breathing deeply but also from living fully. Through this workshop, you will experience the Transformational Breath®️ technique, which shows the relationship between our breathing pattern and how we approach life. In this three-hour workshop, you will learn this technique to change the restricted breathing pattern that you have unconsciously developed over your lifetime. This is crucial because if we can improve our breathing, our lives will transform accordingly. If you would like to nurture yourself by bringing more wellbeing and balance into your busy life, you are welcome to join us wherever you are in your breathing journey. This is also a great gift to your friends and family. `You can be sure that our breath facilitators will look after them No previous breathing experience is required. It is enough to be open to this exciting exploration, and the breath will do the rest. Schedule of workshop 1. Introduction of the Transformational breath technique 2. Short break with snack and tea3. Full facilitated breath session 4. Closing the workshop with guided meditation How should I plan for this event? 1. You will be lying down in mats with pillows and blankets during this session. 2. Wear loose, comfortable clothing. (Nothing too tight or restrictive around the waist).3. Please avoid caffeine, alcohol or cigarettes before you arrive.4. Bring a refillable water bottle.5.
