Come along and take part in multiple gardening and art related activities, gain new interests and have fun whilst gardening.

If you are looking for something fun to do during the half term then Brent Let’s Grow is an exciting opportunity for you!The aim is to inspire young people to gain an interest in gardening and planting your own vegetables whilst having fun and using their artistic side. Not only is this event designed to be fun but it is also an educational event as it will teach young people the importance of caring for their environment and growing their own fruit and vegetables at home. The event will take place on the Saturday 9th of July 2022 from 11am to 3pm. The event is designed for young people aged 5-15 (feel free to bring your parents). There will be many activities on the day including:DIY bird feedersDIY bird houses Self portraits out of natural elements Cress heads DIY paper windmillsAnd much more…There will also be a store dedicated to growing your own fruit and vegetables. Everything on the day is free and snacks and refreshments are included.
