I am pleased to share the exciting news that following the launch of Bridge the Gap UK in September 2019 our returners workshops go live in the New Year!

Bridge the Gap is an internal parental transition programme aimed at making Jacobs the employer of choice for working parents. Supporting them and their line managers before, during and after the life-changing milestone of becoming a parent.

An essential part of the programme is two workshops (at least 8 weeks apart), open to anyone who has taken a period of family (maternity, shared parental or adoption) leave and returned to work since January 2018.

You are being invited to participate in this workshop as our records show you have returned from family leave in this time frame. There are a maximum of 12 spaces at each workshop, so don’t delay, book yours today!
