Daily digital skills sessions, one‑to‑one mentoring, small group workshops

Build confidence with digital skills in a friendly, supportive setting. These sessions offer help with everyday digital tasks, including using devices confidently, accessing online public services, job search, CV and digital portfolio development, online applications and safe online communication through Learn My Way.

Learners will also take part in mock interviews, employer encounters, work tasters and supported volunteering to practise their skills in real-world contexts. The programme aims to strengthen communication, digital and transferable skills, helping people move closer to education, volunteering and employment opportunities.
