Bridging the Gap

This event is for Cancer Support Workers, Cancer Coordinators and Cancer Navigators.

The day will be a face to face event (location tbc) from 9:00am - 17:00pm. Highlights of the day include; exploring their roles, myth busting and discussion and problem-solving common challenges faced.

The study day will cover themes such as holistic needs assessments, end of treatment summaries and cancer care reviews and will empower staff to link primary and secondary care roles, hone communication skills and work together collaboratively to improve patient care.
