Led by Nozuko, these classes promise to get you fit, feeling sexy and cultivating confidence. About the instructor:South African born Twerk instructor who teaches basic to advanced twerk techniques. Her specialty is in South African style(Amapiano), Sbhujwa, and Gqom. Her classes also include genres like Afrobeat, Hip hop, Dancehall and Sensual Twerk.What to Bring?- Loose fitting shorts/pants- Yoga mat/something to protect your knees- Towel- Comfortable training shoes- Lots of water- Great energy and Good vibesA﻿ll classes are beginner friendly!
