Join us this October as the seasons change and Richmond Park gets transformed into a colourful landscape, perfect for autumn runs.

We’re hosting this event in collaboration with premium apparel and shoe brand <a href="https://www.sigmasports.com/brand/brooks-running" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Brooks</a>, who will be on site with a variety of demo shoes for you to try.Meeting outside the Sigma Sports store at 9.30am, you’ll be able to meet our run captains and leave your bags safe and sound inside the shop, before we leave at 10am.We’ll start off with a warm up run to the park before we take to the trails for a 10km loop, where our run captains can give you tips and tricks to improve your performance.While we welcome all levels of runners, please make sure that you are able to complete the distance before signing up.After the session, we’ll regroup to stretch before heading back to the Sigma Sports store.We look forward to running with you!
