There will be free parking for all conference ticket holders in car park South 6 (https://www.bsac.com/confcarpark).  You will need to get your  parking ticket validated at the BSAC Info point at the  conf for the parking to be free.

How do I add/change/view the breakout sessions I am signed up to?

Log in to your Eventbrite account via website. Under your profile name, click “Tickets” and select the BSAC Diving Conference.
Under your contact information, click “Edit", then scroll down to your breakout sessions .   
Tick the check box for the session(s) you would like to attend and click save.

How can I access the programme?

Please note, a hard copy of the programme will NOT be in the delegate bags. So please print and bring along if you'd like a hard copy.

Those that pre-ordered lunches can pick them up at the far end of the foyer. Alternatively, there are many cafes and restaurants in the Resorts World complex.

What drinks options will be available?

There will be tea and coffee provided for delegates upon arrival and during the morning break. 
Please come with a full refillable water bottle that can be topped up during the day at one of the water fountains. At the end of the day everyone will be able to enjoy a post-event drink.

What accessibility support do you offer?

An infrared induction loop audio system is operated for visitors with hearing impairments. Wheelchair access is available throughout the Vox/Resorts World. Lifts to the 2nd floor can be found on the ground floor next to Las Iguanas. Wheelchair-accessible toilets available.
