Frequently asked questions

I missed out on the ticket sales, what can I do?

There plenty of ways to get a ticket for our event, there will be several releases, also, the nearer we get to the event people plans will change, any cancelled tickets will become available immediately.

Can I cancel or transfer a ticket?

Yes, via Eventbrite. If you unable to attend the conference, you can either simply transfer it to someone (you'll need their 'name' an email address) or you can simply cancel the ticket. Cancelling the ticket will release it back to the main ticket pool for someone else to claim.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes, via Eventbrite, log onto your account and update any of the ticket option field.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Not at all! You can add you ticket to your phones 'wallet' or you can just bring an electronic copy if you don't want to print it out, as long as you have your QR code and it can be scanned.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

You can be who you want at our event.
