Ballet Theatre UK was founded by Artistic Director, Christopher Moore, and over the last decade has rapidly become one of the UK’s most beloved touring ballet companies.Touring both nationally and internationally the Company aim to raise awareness of the classical art form within the community by being accessible to people of all ages and walks of life.Since its foundation in 2008, the Company has created fourteen full-length ballets including critically acclaimed productions of The Snow Queen, Romeo and Juliet and A Christmas Carol.This season will see another title added to the repertoire, a new adaptation of the classic fairy tale Beauty and the Beast, which forms part of the Company's ten-year anniversary celebrations. Following will be a restaging of two classic ballets - The Sleeping Beauty and Swan Lake.

BTUK 2 is the Junior Ballet Company of Ballet Theatre UK featuring dancers training in their final year of study at the company&#x27;s affiliated Ballet School.​The aim of BTUK 2 is to create new and innovative work, providing performance opportunities to exceptional dancers at the start of their classical careers.​Featuring new adaptations of classical repertoire as well as featuring new choreography in ballet, neo-classical and contemporary dance genres.
