Rapid access to a birds-eye view of services helps to determine what happened and to improve processes for the future. We’ll show you what we are building to help you solve missed bins faster. Collective Portal and Collective Resident’s App are putting resident’s services right in the palm of their hands. As services change you can use push notifications to assist behaviour change, increase engagement and understand resident satisfaction. Caddy and box collection models often involve crews working away from the vehicle. How can you keep crews safe, ensure they are aware of assisted collections and gather participation and contamination data when they are working remotely?
