Clarify your business priorities and identify the capabilities your people need to achieve them.

  1. Identify Skills & Learner Groups

Understand what is impacted and therefore, whoo needs development. Identify what matters most to achieve your business priorities, and where gaps could impact performance.

  1. Design Learner Journeys

Plan for learning journeys tailored to your business. Consider how people will learn and what support you will need to deliver training into your business.

  1. Create a Build & Rollout Plan

Develop a phased L&D roadmap, assign ownership, and define simple measures of success.
