Build Your Own Journaling Habit: A 6-Week Guided Programme

Do you want to journal but struggle with the blank page? Have journals, but you don’t pick them up as you're not sure how to get started?

Join us for a gentle, supportive 6-week programme designed to help you create a journaling habit that works for your neurodivergent brain.

What will happen during this programme?

Each week we’ll explore a new approach to journaling; whether it’s emotional check-ins, planning and focus, or reflective writing, and you’ll get practical prompts and encouragement to try journaling in your own way.

Take a look:

🗓 6 weekly sessions (gentle bite-sized chunks to practice using before the next session)
💻 Held on Zoom
📓 No experience needed
💬 No pressure to share
💰 Small fee to support our community

By the end, you’ll feel more confident with journaling and leave with a toolkit of techniques to support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and executive function.
