Each week we’ll explore a new approach to journaling; whether it’s emotional check-ins, planning and focus, or reflective writing, and you’ll get practical prompts and encouragement to try journaling in your own way.

NeuroRocket CIC recently collaborated with various organisations to arrange Neurodivergent friendly events, including one focused on Journaling with Journaling Matters CIC. Such was the demand for that event and feedback for a longer course, we decided to bring you this 6-week guided programme 'Build Your Own Journaling Habit'
