Guest speakers Pete and Jenny Olds - Cornhill Farm

Cornhill Farm is a mixed farming business located near Camborne in West Cornwall. They have 17,000 hens in a free-range enterprise and use 300ac of land for growing crops to feed their chickens, they also run a contracting business that complements the work they do on the land. In 2024, they won the Cornish Best Commercial Farmer and then Farmer of the Year at the Addington Fund Cornwall Farm Business Awards as well as many other awards for egg production and business innovation.

Running their business as a family and alongside key employees Pete and Jenny have shown true leadership and understand how effective people management, training, and culture development can future-proof your workforce and drive a positive sustainability agenda.
