Why do we pay a ticket? 
We need to be sure about the number of participants, paying tickets seem to be the best way to acheive the goal. However, the aim is not to monetize these informative events, attendants will recevive back £5.00 the day of the event.

Are there ID or other requirements to enter the event?
The event is reserved to HRs, Recruiters, Executives of educational organisations in charge of alumni careers or admission processes, Decision- makers of certification bodies, accrediting bodies, awarding bodies, e-larning organisations.

What are my transport  options for getting to and from the event?

What's the refund policy?
£5.00  returned in cash to participants the day of event at the entrance.
We refund tickets cancelled at least 1 week before the event 
We do not refund tickets that are not cancelled at least 1 week before the event

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
The venue has strict admission rules, you need to show your ticket at the entrance

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Keep in touch with business@tiiqu.com if you want to transfer your ticket to anyone else within your organisation.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
Only if you have informed business@tiiqu.com in advance
