Built Environment and Net Zero – A COP26 Conference from the University of Glasgow’s Centre for Sustainable Solutions.

The Centre for Sustainable Solutions is hosting a virtual conference on the Built Environment and Net Zero, on 11th November 2021 (9:00 - 16:30 GMT), the <a href="https://ukcop26.org/the-conference/presidency-programme/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">COP26 Presidency Programme&#x27;s Cities, Regions and Built Environment Day</a>.Event hashtags – follow and join in on social media: #UofGCOP26 and #BuiltEnviroConf.We are delighted to announce that <a href="https://www.parliament.scot/msps/current-and-previous-msps/patrick-harvie" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Patrick Harvie MSP</a>, Scottish Minister for Zero Carbon Buildings, Active Travel and Tenants&#x27; Rights, and Co-Leader of the Scottish Green Party, will give the opening address.Student Poster Competition: Undergraduate and postgraduate students are invited to submit a poster on their research related to any of the Conference themes. Prizes have been kindly supported by <a href="https://www.mclh.co.uk/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">McLaughlin &amp; Harvey</a>.
