Built for Distance is not another cookie-cutter training plan. It’s a serious, structured workshop—developed over the course of a year—to help runners build the strength, durability, and understanding required to perform at their highest level.

Too many runners bounce between half-finished programs, conflicting advice, and short-term fixes. The result? Stalled progress, recurring injuries, and missed potential. This workshop exists to put an end to that.

Over 12 weeks, we’ll strip things back and rebuild properly. You’ll develop a rock-solid foundation of running and strength training that carries you through long builds, hard races, and high-pressure goals. The aim is not just to get you through the London Marathon or your next race—but to elevate your performance beyond anything you’ve done before.

This is a hybrid workshop, combining:

  • In-depth education so you understand why you train the way you do
  • Practical, hands-on sessions to apply it immediately

Please arrive in sportswear and bring a tablet, laptop, or pen and paper for note-taking.
