Join us at Bromsgrove Sport & Leisure Centre for a Aqua Natal session for women at all stages of pregnancy 💧

Enjoy a 1-hour swim in a relaxed and supportive environment, suitable for both swimmers and non-swimmers.

After the session, stay for a café meet-up, where you can chat, ask questions, and connect with other mums-to-be.

On the last Wednesday of each month you can also enjoy :
1-hour midwife-led pregnancy aqua class
Time to talk and ask questions with the midwife
Free tea or coffee
Free 1-month supply of pregnancy vitamins
