Today and every day, we continue to change the lives of the city’s most vulnerable citizens, reducing social isolation and improving quality of life by providing opportunity, experiences, skills and connection.GCP provides a safe, welcoming space and support for hundreds of individuals, many dealing with multiple complex issues including homelessness, health problems, learning difficulties, poverty, substance misuse, physical abuse and more.
