About the Workshop

The numbers tell the story and health of your business. How well do you understand the story it’s telling you and can you predict the storyline?

By understanding your finances, you can take control of your business and make decisions and take actions with greater clarity to predict the outcomes. Use your numbers to plan to achieve your desired goals.

This workshop will demystify finance so that it is not an accidental outcome but be directed with intention. Predict the storyline of your business so that it is not a horror story with a gory ending.

Please note: this workshop is for alumni of Help to Grow Management, please only book the alumni tickets if you have taken part in the course (course alumni may bring a colleague- please do email s.white@kingston.ac.uk to let us know if you plan to). There are also limited tickets avaliable for businesses who are non-alumni to select and who have at least 5 employees.
