About the Workshop

Skip the theory. Skip the demos. This isn't another AI presentation where you watch from the sidelines.

In this intensive, practical workshop, you'll roll up your sleeves and actually use AI tools to solve real business challenges. No lectures, no lengthy explanations – just you, your laptop, and powerful AI solutions working on problems that matter to your bottom line.

What You'll Do:

  • Tackle genuine business scenarios with AI tools at your fingertips
  • Discover immediate productivity wins you can implement Monday morning
  • Work through practical problems that small and medium businesses face daily
  • Leave with actionable solutions, not just ideas

This is learning by doing. You'll walk away with concrete tools and the confidence to put AI to work in your business immediately.

Please note: this workshop is for alumni of Help to Grow Management, please only book the alumni tickets if you have taken part in the course (course alumni may bring a colleague- please do email s.white@kingston.ac.uk to let us know if you plan to). There are also limited tickets avaliable for businesses who are non-alumni to select and who have at least 5 employees.

Expert Speakers and Facilitators:

With a computer science foundation and hands-on experience using artificial intelligence to predict chronic kidney failure as a research assistant, Glenn Bowering spent over a decade as a software developer in the fast-paced worlds of telecoms and fintech. This technical background gave him deep insights into how technology shapes organisational challenges and team dynamics.

His career evolved naturally from building systems to building teams. He transitioned into organisation design consulting, where he discovered his passion for helping companies structure themselves for success. This led to his current focus on team and individual coaching, where he bridges the gap between technical expertise and human potential.

Today, he designs and leads workshops that sit at the intersection of technology and leadership, helping business leaders navigate complex challenges while developing the leadership skills essential for our rapidly changing business landscape.
