All guests will get introduced to everyone in the room and will get the opportunity to speak to each other before, during and after the event.

Some guests will move places between courses to ensure everyone gets to speak to each other.

Discuss what is going on in the region, share best practice, get tips and advice.

On arrival, guests will receive a list of who is attending.

A wide range of business sectors are usually represented. There is no single seat policy, and no other commitments - simply purchase your place and show up.

Places cost £30 plus booking fee, The cost includes a welcome drink and a two-course lunch (starter and main).

No refunds are available once booked but you are welcome to send a 'substitute' in your place if you find you are unable to attend. Bookings cannot be transferred to another date.
