We are delighted to invite you to join us at the InterLaw Diversity Forum’s inaugural Business Services Summit. In a first for the legal sector, the Summit will bring together Business Services leaders, law firm decision makers and leading HR, inclusion, and legal operations specialists to explore the future of Business Services in the legal sector.

The Summit builds on insights gathered through our recent Business Services survey, which has gathered perspectives around inclusion, visibility, career development, influence, and value within law firms and legal organisations. `

The survey will remain open until the end of May.

Taking a design-thinking approach, the Summit will explore three major themes emerging from the research:

• The evolving strategic role of Business Services in a rapidly changing legal market
• Creating more inclusive cultures and reducing “us and them” dynamics
• Visibility, value, and career development for Business Services professionals

In addition to being the first to hear insights from our survey, you will have the opportunity to discuss your perspectives, ideas, and solutions on the three key themes above. Ideas generated during the day will feature in the InterLaw Diversity Forum’s first Business Services in the Legal Sector report, providing you with a meaningful opportunity to shape next practice, and to set a new bar for the Business Services experience in our sector.

The Summit is free, and open to all in the legal sector who have a vested interest in the experience of Business Services professionals.
