Looking for some low impact exercise? Do you struggle with how you're feeling? Need someone to just listen and not try to 'fix' things?
Buxton Hill Walks are our Themed, guided, Friendly and Supportive Walks in and around the Peak District. These walks are led by Gez a fully trained walk leader and run in partnership with Zink in Buxton.
This route starts and ends at the car park for Grin Low Country Park. From here we will head out to Ladmanlow, through the HSE grounds and out to High Edge, looping back on different paths to our start point. The theme of this walk is history, and we will visit the RAF bunkers on High Edge and learn more about the history of RAF Harpur Hill.
Afterwards we will head back to the Zink Eco Cafe where lunch will be on offer.Grin Low car park can be accessed on foot from Buxton centre or by public transport.
Alternatively, a return lift is available from Zink with Gez, walk leader. Spaces are limited, please email Gez directly to reserve a spot: walk@zink.org.uk

- Finish approx 1400pm at Grin Low.
- Return to Zink for a complimentary lunch shortly afterwards.

- Dogs are allowed but must be kept on a short lead at all times.

- Waterproofs and warm layers
- Small first aid kit with any personal medication if required
