C3S evaluation and quality control workshop

ECMWF has been entrusted by the European Commission to implement the Copernicus Climate Change Service (C3S). The aim of the C3S is to provide European stakeholders, including public authorities, businesses and citizens, with access to authoritative information about climate change and its impact on society.

Copernicus Climate Change Service

This is a workshop for the contractors involved in the 'Evaluation and Quality Control' (EQC) function of the Copernicus Climate Change Service (C3S).
The event will focus on

Progress to date for each of the contracts - (Observations, Seasonal, Climate and User Requirememts) 
</LI>
<LI>
Identfication of any gaps that we should address
</LI>
<LI>
How the EQC function should work once C3S is operational
</LI>
</UL>
<H2>Location:</H2>
The main meeting point, plenary location and breakout sessions will be at:

</UL>
<H2> Refreshments: </H2>
A finger food lunch (on the 1st and 2nd day), coffee breaks and a dinner (1st day) will be provided.

Attendees are responsible for their own travel and accomodation.
