Free signposting training for frontline workers and volunteers from charities and organisations to guide people accurately to sources of help and information on benefits, debt, employment problems, housing or managing relationship breakdowns, and to identify those who need more in-depth help from Citizens’ Advice.
The objective is to recognise clues, ask appropriate questions, be aware of any emergencies and know how and where to signpost.
