Event Overview

Step into a full-day experience of connection, mindfulness, and creativity.

This gentle and heart-centred event combines a traditional cacao ceremony with journaling, meditation, and a creative afternoon activity designed to help you integrate and reflect. The day is paced slowly and intentionally, allowing space for personal insight, rest, and meaningful connection with others.

No prior experience with cacao ceremonies or meditation is required — just curiosity and an open heart.


Morning Session: Cacao Ceremony (Approx. 3 hours)

  • Introduction to cacao history, benefits, and contraindications
  • Guided first journey with cacao bean
  • Mindful consumption of cacao elixir
  • Journaling and optional sharing
  • Additional cacao journeys as needed

This session focuses on heart opening, intention setting, and gentle inner exploration.


Lunch Provided


Afternoon Session: Creative Integration

  • Craft activity: Love Bug Making (approx. 1.5 hours)
  • Pre-printed love bug story leaflets provided
  • Materials supplied: hessian, fur, string, and natural items (sticks/twigs)
  • Hand labyrinth meditation on hearts before crafting
  • Closing hand labyrinth meditation to reinforce the day’s learning

This session supports grounding, creativity, and bringing your experience into tangible form.


Participant Preparation/Information

To get the most out of the experience, please note the following:

  • Avoid caffeine on the day (ideally the day before as well)
  • Eat a light dinner the night before and a light breakfast, or fast if you’re accustomed to it
  • Please let us know any dietary requirements or allergies
  • If you have a heart condition or are under care for a heart-related issue
  • If you have an allergy or sensitivity to cayenne pepper
  • Any other medical considerations we should be aware of for your comfort and safety
  • Bring your own journal (paper will be provided if needed)
  • Come with an open heart 💛
