No experience is needed. This session is suitable for beginners and those familiar with sound healing alike.

What does it mean to be suspended in a hammock?

You’ll be gently supported in a fabric hammock, slightly lifted off the ground. This creates a subtle sense of weightlessness, helping the body release tension and relax more deeply. Hammocks are securely set up and fully supported.

Is the hammock safe and comfortable?

Yes. Hammocks are professionally installed and designed to fully support your body weight. You’ll be guided into them slowly, and adjustments can be made for comfort.

What if I don’t want to use a hammock?

If you’d prefer to lie on a mat instead, that’s absolutely fine. Please let me know in advance so I can accommodate you.
