Come and learn how to make a delicious sponge cake with fruit syrup and a mascarpone icing. As featured on BBC Radio Cambridgeshire!

We will make a traditional sandwich sponge cake and fill it with a fruit syrup and mascarpone icing. Tea and coffee and of course cake to eat alongside..... We will also make some shortbread biscuits.
