Join this 75-minute Calm and Clear mini-workshop to unwind your mind and body, soothe your nervous system, and find your way back to balance.

Through simple breathwork, mindfulness, and somatic practices, you’ll learn to ease tension, quiet your busy mind, and reconnect with the part of you that’s steady beneath the chaos.

From that grounded place, you’ll feel more centred and capable of taking charge of your state — bringing greater calm, clarity, and ease into your days.


In this session, you’ll:

  • Understand how stress and overwhelm affect your nervous system
  • Learn easy breathing techniques to restore calm and focus
  • Practise simple somatic tools to release energetic charge from your body
  • Reconnect with your inner self
  • Leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more empowered to move forward


What to expect

A blend of guided mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic awareness practices – suitable for all levels. You’ll be gently supported throughout, with time to reflect and integrate what you experience.

No prior experience is needed – just curiosity and a willingness to slow down, breathe, and be present.

You’ll leave with practical tools to bring yourself back to balance whenever life feels too much.

Each session focuses on embodied tools that bring more ease, awareness, and grounded clarity into everyday life.


How to prepare

  • Make sure you have some privacy, with space to move a bit, as well as a comfortable place to sit or lie down
  • Bring a notebook or paper and pen
  • Have water on hand to stay hydrated

Hi, I'm Cathy, founder of NaturalBreathwork.com!

I'm a transformational coach, breathwork facilitator, speaker, and women's circle guide. I've been involved with healing and transformational work for 25+ years. I help individuals to regulate their nervous systems, release stress, and reconnect with who they truly are.

I support my clients to free themselves of trauma, limiting beliefs and emotional patterns that are keeping them stuck, and guide them through major life transitions. I love helping people rediscover their authentic power, purpose and passion so they can lead with calm, clarity, and confidence and trust the flow of life.
