Reset & Renew for Your Nervous System, Body and Inner World

Reset & Renew for Your Nervous System, Body and Inner World

Spring invites movement, clarity and new beginnings — but only when the body feels safe enough to open.

This Spring Special is an intentional evening to pause, reset and gently re-energise, using breathwork, ceremony, cacao and sound to help you release what winter has held and reconnect with what wants to grow next.

This is not about pushing or fixing.
It’s about regulating first — then moving forward with intention.

✨ What to expect

Opening & Grounding
We’ll begin by arriving fully in the body, settling the nervous system and creating a safe, supportive container for the evening.

Ceremonial Cacao
Cacao supports heart-opening, presence and connection. Used intentionally, it helps soften mental noise and deepen awareness — allowing you to tune into what truly matters as you step into spring.

Breathwork
Gentle, guided breathwork to release stored tension, calm the nervous system and reconnect you with your inner rhythm. Breath creates space — physically, emotionally and mentally — so clarity can emerge naturally.

Reflection & Intention Setting
Through guided journaling and reflection, you’ll connect with what you’re ready to let go of and what you want to consciously invite in. This is about setting intentions that support aligned action for the rest of the year, not overwhelm.

Sound Bath Integration
We’ll close with a deeply restorative sound bath, allowing the body to integrate, settle and absorb the work of the evening — leaving you grounded, clear and gently renewed.

🌸 This space is for you if:

  • You feel tired, overstimulated or disconnected after winter
  • You want to reset your nervous system before moving into action
  • You’re craving clarity, calm and inner alignment
  • You want to set intentions that feel embodied, not forced
  • You value depth, gentleness and meaningful self-connection

🤍 You’ll leave feeling:

  • More grounded and regulated
  • Clearer about what you’re calling in this spring
  • Reconnected to your body and inner guidance
  • Resourced to move forward with intention and ease
