<h3>This workshop will explore how to support parents and young children in Islington (aged 1 to 5) with managing their emotions.</h3><h3>Join us at Willow Children's Centre to discuss the different ways to achieve "Calmer days"!</h3><p>Workshop Aims:</p><ul><li>To recognise that parenting is stressful!</li><li>To think about why regulating emotions is important for both parents and children</li><li>To discuss some approaches and strategies to manage emotions in yourself and in your children</li><li>To give details of further support available</li></ul><h3>This event will be open to Islington parents of children aged 1-5 years. It will feature group discussion with activities, participation will be encouraged.</h3><p>Please Note: Only parents who live in Islington or have a GP in Islington are eligible to access this workshop. Only one ticket is needed per family to avoid double bookings.
