Our speaker for this event is Becky Balzano. Her talk is called "The Great Midlife Energy Con."

This is a short, honest talk for tired, busy brained people who have tried doing all the right things and still feel stuck. It unpacks why your brain craves sugar when you are exhausted, how dopamine, insulin and stress quietly hijack energy and weight, and why most diets fail people with real lives. You will leave with three sustainable shifts that work without guilt, overwhelm, or another app you abandon by February.
