Free parking is available in the school staff car park.  Car park gates open at 7pm and will close promptly at 7.15pm for the evening to commence

is the hall easily accessible

Yes, the hall is a separate building on ground level right by the staff car park and with a drop kerb leading to the entrance

are there toilets available

Yes toilet facilities are available

will refreshments be available

Accepted Answer

Yes, when we break at 8.00 to 8.15pm you will have the opportunity to enjoy some wellness delights (cacao protein balls / cake / fresh fruit) and refreshments ( herbal teas / water)

what are the timings for the evening

the evening will commence promptly at 7.15pm and conclude at 8.45pm with a break between 8.00-8.15pm

Will refunds be available if I am not able to attend at the last minute for whatever reason

No refunds available.  all tickets are non-refundable, non-changeable and non-transferable

do i need to bring anything with me

Accepted Answer

Please bring a mat, along with a cushion or pillow or even a small blanket, to make yourself feel comfortable.  There will be some mats available.

Question 8

will we be moving around the hall and dancing

Accepted Answer

There is NO dancing or chanting at all and you will not be moving around the hall.  You will remain at your mat area whilst I guide you through gentle movements from standing, seated and laying down on your mat.  Its all about total relaxation, mindfulness and breathwork.

Question 9

is there an opportunity to simply relax and enjoy the music

Accepted Answer

of course, you can sit or lay down on your mat at any time if you simply wish to close your eyes and enjoy the live harp music and not partake in any of the moves or breathwork.  There will be  an opportunity to relax with your wellness delights and simply enjoy the music between 8.15 to 8.30pm.
