Bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket and come and get cosy while listening to the sacred sounds of gongs, Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls and other instruments.
Sound healing is very effective on many levels and can greatly assist in healing areas of stress, pain, anxiety, emotional blockages and energy balancing, as well as simply aiding relaxation and being some time out for self care.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time to get settled. The sound bath will begin at 7pm. Bring water and anything that assists your comfort.
The church hall is just behind the church. Park in the church car park just off the roundabout, and then walk past the church and the hall is there.
