<h1>Getting ready to deliver your project?</h1><h2>Join this session to find out more!</h2><h2>YOUR community, YOUR ideas, YOUR change</h2><p>Join Lisa Stepanovic and Moses Adeyemi, Capacity Building leads, for this interactive, hands-on business planning workshop. It’s vitally important that we arm our local communities with the tools and expertise to help them develop their own socially conscious projects. The Foundation for Future London Capacity Building Programme aims to provide a platform for knowledge sharing and offer networking and partnership opportunities. The programme is designed with an inclusive approach, representing participants&#x27; feedback. The programme will champion inclusivity and wellbeing throughout.</p><h3><strong>About the session:</strong></h3><p>Before delivering any project, it is important to make sure your organisation is operating within a legal framework as well as meeting any partnership, stakeholder or/and funding agreements. During this session, you&#x27;ll be taken through the &#x27;Project Delivery Checklist&#x27;, including access to up-to-date information, templates and reusable tools. This is a great session for new projects, past feedback has consistently been 100%. It’s helped me to identify the current status of my project and enabled me to create a realistic plan to deliver my grant-funded project.” - Participant</blockquote><h3>What else do you need to know?</h3><p><strong>When:</strong> Tuesday 11th January 2022, 6pm - 8pm</p><p><strong>Where:</strong> Zoom (You need to sign up here and the Zoom link will be emailed to you from Eventbrite prior to the event)</p><p>This event is free and open to individuals, organisations and businesses working and living across the local communities in the London Boroughs of Hackney, Newham, Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forest.</p><p>Please register to avoid disappointment  - places will be made available on a first come, first served basis.</p>

<h3>About your Hosts:</h3><p>The Foundation for Future London is pleased to be working with Lisa Stepanovic, who will be leading the Capacity Building Programme. Lisa is a working-class, award-winning social entrepreneur, experienced businesswoman, activist, and mentor who was born and raised in London’s East End. The Fund aims to support local organisations and individuals to create new jobs, learning, training, and educational programmes through the means of arts, culture, innovation, public realm and creative placemaking. The Fund aims to transform and catalyse the lives and careers of people across east London by putting funding, resources and support straight into local people’s hands.</p><p>Year 2 of the Westfield East Bank Creative Futures Fund has now opened. With the generous donation from Westfield Stratford City, Year 2 of the fund will continue to provide new jobs, learning, training and educational programmes through the means of arts, culture, innovation, public realm and creative placemaking.</p><p>This year we are hosting, in partnership with Lisa Stepanovic, a series of capacity building events, starting with pre-application workshops, as part of a 12-month Capacity Building Programme. </p>

<h3>About Foundation for Future London:</h3><p>Foundation for Future London is an independent charity established in 2015 created to connect communities, the new East Bank and its globally renowned arts, innovation and cultural partners. We want to ensure East Bank is London’s must-visit destination and becomes a resilient, thriving, world-class neighbourhood of local and global significance.</p><p>We’re fundraising to expand grant-making opportunities for East Bank communities and partners and facilitating creative placemaking, to support local places, learning, training and employment through arts, education, culture and innovation.</p><p>Our vision is for a vibrant and inclusive creative East Bank, creating authentic engagement with local people of East London in the boroughs of Hackney, Newham, Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forest.</p><p>We are a part of the East Bank partnership, connecting local communities to the new centre of culture, education, innovation and growth being built on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford, East London.
