Following the overwhelming success of last year’s Magic Rock Brewing beer pairing dinner, where Capish? and Decatur joined forces to create a food menu that harmonised perfectly with flavoursome beers, we’re doing it all over again!

This time around, our resident kitchen, Capish?, is collaborating with our sister brewery, The Five Points Brewing Company, to devise a five course meal that will be expertly paired with five different beers. Most importantly, because we’re family, we have access to some interesting beers alongside our established favourites in the Five Points core range!

Join brewery and Mason & Company owner, Ed Mason, and Five Points’ Head Brewer Greg Hobbs on Thursday, February 8th, for an evening packed with mouth-watering food, sparkling company, incredibly tasty beer and a few surprises.

The ticket price also includes a piece of limited edition artwork for you to take home.

FIVE COURSE BEER PAIRING MENU (subject to changes and vegetarian options will be made available):

  1. Oysters, raw & fried, porter foam. Paired with Railway Porter.

  2. Trout tostada, persimmon salsa. Paired with Pils.

  3. Beets, pickled, raw & roasted, goat ricotta, rye toast. Paired with Hook Island Red.

  4. Venison, sour plums, almond, salsify chips. Paired with Derailed Porter.

  5. Old Greg’s Malt Loaf, honey ice cream, candied malt. Paired with Old Greg’s Barley Wine.
