Capoeira has something for everyone, no matter your age or ability. Capoeira balances the body, soul and mind. It is a graceful, exciting art form that teaches you to be alert. The art keeps its strong traditions and enables you to break through limits, revitalizing you for everyday life.
Our class will break down the basics and build slowly through the fundamentals to this beatiful art form. We will build flexibility, control and musicality with a fun relaxed atmosphere.
We are offering a FREE Capoeira class for people never did Capoiera before in our beautiful studio dedicated only for Capoeira &amp; Brazilian Culture.
