Adam Wood is an author, speaker and walking tour guide specialising in historic true crime and policing.​He is the author of a number of books, and for more than twenty years was Executive Editor of Ripperologist magazine, the leading publication dedicated to the serious study of the Whitechapel murders by 'Jack the Ripper' and their place in social history. From 2017 to 2021 he was Editor of the Journal of the Police History Society. In 2023 Adam launched a new magazine, Crime Through Time.​He has spoken at numerous true crime and police history podcasts and conferences, and reguarly acts as a consultant for television documentary, film and radio producers.

<p>Join crime and policing historians Neil Bell and Adam Wood for a unique two-hour walking tour which examines the Whitechapel murders from the perspective of those who investigated the crimes - H Division and Scotland Yard, the City of London Police and Divisional Surgeons.</p><p>Along the way we'll hear the victims' stories, debate some of the most contentious aspects of the case, and follow in the footsteps of the Whitechapel Bobbies. </p>
