About this event

Join this online information session to find out more about the Cardiff Youth Led Grant, including it's eligibility, criteria, reporting and monitoring process, and how to apply.

Cardiff Youth Led Grants are small grants offered by young people to other young people to support community action projects that encourage youth volunteering.

If you are a young person aged 14-25 and involved in a social action or volunteering project or have a great idea for a project but need funds to make it a reality, Cardiff Youth Led Grants could be the solution for you!

Up to £1,500 is available for each pilot project of up to one year and up to £3,500 for projects that are looking for funding for up to 30 months. Funding for multi-year proposals will be released annually to a maximum amount of £1,500 per year.

We invite projects apply by Sunday, 14th September 2025, at 23:59. For more information, please visit: https://c3sc.org.uk/ylg

If you have any questions, please contact our team at the Cardiff Volunteer Centre at volunteer@c3sc.org.uk or 07973 725569 – we will be happy to help.

Organised by

Cardiff Third Sector Council (C3SC) is the County Voluntary Council (CVC) for Cardiff – the umbrella infrastructure organisation for the third sector in the City.

C3SC’s key role is to provide specialist advice, support, and information to local third sector organisations on issues that affect them, including funding and governance.

C3SC is the voice of the third sector in Cardiff. It facilitates third sector representation on strategic partnerships, including the Cardiff Partnership Board and its Programme Boards and Workstreams. It acts as a conduit for policy information, supporting networks around key themes and areas of interest, with the aim of ensuring that policy and decision makers understand the needs of third sector organisations in Cardiff.

Our vision is a strong, diverse and connected third sector in Cardiff.
