Join us as we host a series of workshops to imaginatively explore the idea of ‘care’- care of each other, our communities and the planet.

<p>Together we’re facing enormous challenges. Be it the cost of living or the climate emergency, what is here and ahead of us demands we come together in new ways and use what we have in new ways too. </p><h2></h2><h2>Our times ask us to question - what if all we have left to do is care for each other and for the planet?</h2><p></p><p>Join us as we host a series of workshops to imaginatively explore this question and our shared idea of ‘care’. Together we will identify acts of care in our communities - including ways we care for each other, the more than human life that surrounds us and the infrastructure we need to sustain us whether it be buildings, parks or benches. We’ll explore ideas around repair and maintenance, growing and planting, carbon reduction, community organising and the use of shared spaces. </p><p></p><p>The workshops are designed to challenge our thinking and inspire us to act in new ways and identify the skills, support and culture we need to come together. The aim is to inform existing groups and initiatives in Adur &amp; Worthing with new ways of seeing and new networks to keep exploring. </p><p></p><p>In respect of your time and ideas, all participants will receive a £20 voucher. </p><blockquote></blockquote><blockquote>Please note the September 12th event is longer to accommodate two sessions that include looking at the ways we care for each other and a short walk to look at care in our communities. It’s suggested you attend the September 12th event before signing up to the 19th event which is about collective imagination. </blockquote><p></p>
