SPEAKER: Chanise Evans
Senior Advisor, BBC Nations & Local
Chanise is an accomplished Journalist, Presenter, and Senior Advisor at the BBC. Recognised as one of the "Ones to Watch" by the TV Foundation in 2024/25, a program which highlights television’s most talented rising stars. She began her career as an apprentice at BBC CWR, contributing to BBC News Online, producing local Midlands stories for a global audience. Passionate about amplifying young voices in media, she worked as a Digital Journalist and Presenter for BBC Young Reporter. Chanise has lead global internal campaigns for BBC Corporate Affairs and in her current role is a Senior Advisor for BBC Nations & Local.

Beyond her day job, she presents high-profile events, podcasts, TikTok channels, and award ceremonies. Working with numerous prestigious organisations such as, Aston Villa FC, Department for Education, England Netball, Commonwealth Games, and BBC Bitesize.

A strong advocate for diversity and inclusion, Chanise is also British Sign Language level 2 qualified and a representative on the TV Foundation’s Class and Social Equality working group, which aims to further champion underrepresented voices in the TV industry. SPEAKER: Lola Grange
Head of Partner Frameworks & Commercial Alignment, LSEG

Lola brings over 30 years of legal and business experience, beginning her career at Allen & Overy before holding senior in-house roles at GlobeCast Northern Europe and Schroders Investment Management. She joined LSEG in 2013, where she has since led global legal and operational teams across New York and London. Currently, she serves as Head of Partner Frameworks & Commercial Alignment in the Data & Analytics Division, overseeing risk, compliance, governance, and operations.

A passionate advocate for innovation and inclusion, Lola has mentored nearly 100 Innovation Champions worldwide, co-led the Women’s Network Leaderthon and Summer Intern Innovation Project, and was a driving force behind LSEG’s Black Employee Network (BEING) and The Ripple Conversations podcast.

As a media host, she has presented major LSEG events, including the launch of company values in 2023 and the London Fashion Week Market Open in 2024. Outside of work, Lola is a trained Mental Health Champion, an active member of the Christian Network, and enjoys playing the flute, dancing, and promoting healthy living.

Executive Director, DEI Advocate, Morgan Stanley.
Ngozi Fasan is an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, where she serves as the EMEA Head of Risk, Control, and Outsourcing Governance for Investment Management Operations. In this role, she leads the strategy and execution of the firm’s operational risk and regulatory governance agenda across the region.

With over two decades of experience in financial services, Ngozi began her career at Ernst & Young in Audit before transitioning into risk management roles at leading global institutions including Royal Bank of Scotland, Barclays, and Deutsche Bank. Her core expertise lies in operational risk, with a strong foundation in Accounting and Finance. She also holds certifications in Risk Management and Project Management.
