Event description

Join us for a night of French cooking and regional wines collected from our trips and memories around France. A feast of rustic sausages, confit duck, pork belly and beans, with autumnal feeling and puddings on wheels.

We're open from Thursday to Sunday between October 11 to November 4.

Thursday - for dinner

Friday - for dinner

Saturday - for lunch and dinner

Sunday - for lunch.

Jacob Rosen (Pitt Cue, Corrigan’s) is taking the lead in the kitchen and suggests this four course set-menu:

1. Bread (& butter)
Saucisson sec | Fromage de tête & sauce Gribiche

2. Soupe de Poisson

3. Cassoulet
A vast slow-cooked stew of rustic sausages, confit duck, pork belly and beans under a rich brown crust

4. Cheese from Mons Cheesemongers or Puddings - classic French desserts from the trolley

We’re working with London’s best suppliers of high-welfare meat, seasonal vegetables, bread, beans and dairy.

We have two sittings for dinner - a 7:00pm start and an 8:30pm start and on Saturday and Sunday two sittings for lunch - 12:30pm and 2pm. Please choose when booking.

The feast is priced at £35 per head and the bar takes cash or card.

There will be a nice list of tasty apéritifs, regional wines from small producers (with plenty of choice by the glass) and undoubtably someone will open the Chartreuse.

Nous espérons vous voir bientôt!

What puddings will be on the trolley?

This will change every day but will include classics like prunes in wine, floating islands, chocolate mousse and apple cake.

No refunds.

Nope, just yourself.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Yes but please email info@quitenicewines.com to let us know of any changes in advance.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Yes, but again, please email info@quitenicewines.com to let us know of any changes in advance.

Why do you use pre-paid reservations instead of regular reservations?

Apiary Studios is a small space, and we want to create an intimate environment for our guests. Pre-paid reservations allow us to anticipate who is coming in and to give guests an all-encompassing experience at the best price possible.

What does my reservation include?

When you purchase a reservation to Cassoulet Nights, it covers your base meal, but it does not include supplemental food, alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic beverages, coffee or tea.

Supplemental food?

Depending on availability there may be oysters to start and you can choose to have pudding and cheese for an extra sum payable on the night. There will be a larger cheeseboard available for sharing and a selection of puddings from the trolley will also be available and individually priced.

What about the drinks?

We’ll have a short list of delicious French regional wines with plenty of choice by the glass and by the bottle. There will be suggestions for delicious aperitifs and digestifs too. We’ll also have a few cans of beer from a local brewery.
