Save the date – CCDO is going smart !!
The CCDO card scheme is going smart with substantial changes to align the scheme with CSCS standards.
A briefing event is taking place for NFDC and NDTG members at the Montague on the Gardens Hotel in central London on the 15th July 2016 to prepare all interested parties prior to going live on the 31st August 2016.
Who is the briefing aimed at?
The briefing event is aimed at Administrative staff for them to better understand how going smart and the additional changes being made to the scheme will affect them.
Format and timings for the event are as follows:

10:00 – 12:30 Scheme briefing inc Q&A session

The National Demolition Training Group (NDTG) is at the forefront of Demolition Industry training. NDTG are instrumental in developing training programmes and ensuring safe, highly qualified industry workers; in the past year alone they have trained an impressive 15,000 individuals.
In February NDTG announced the opening their purpose built training facility at Vitalia House, Hemel Hempstead, developed to enhance apprentice training in the demolition industry. The new Training Centre is equipped with the most advanced Demolition Excavator Simulator, providing the latest technology available to the industry. This allows Apprentices the opportunity to gain experience and a full understanding of the working environment from the safety of the classroom. This groundbreaking tool ensures Demolition Apprentices receive the best and safest start to their career.
