CCEA Examinations Officer Support Clinic – Applications for Modified Papers

CCEA is offering a series of 2026 Examinations Officer Support Clinics focusing upon specific aspects of the EO role. This support clinic will be on modified paper requests

This clinic will provide a brief overview of the administration process for requesting modified papers. EOs will have the chance to interact with a member of the CCEA modified team and ask any relevant questions they may have.

The JCQ make annual updates to their booklet, ‘Adjustments for candidates with disabilities and learning difficulties: Access Arrangements and Reasonable Adjustments’

Therefore, attendance is recommended for all new and existing Examinations Officers.

Time :- 3.30pm - 4.00pm

An invite to the support clinic will be emailed to you prior to the event.

What the course will cover:

· Using the JCQ Central Application Portal (CAP) to submit a modified paper request
· Common pitfalls when making a modified paper request
· How to avoid late requests
· Opportunity to speak with a member of the CCEA modified team

How to book on to the course:

Registration for this event will open on Monday 15 December and close approximately 3 days prior to the event. Please click on the ‘Register’ button on the right of this page.

In the event the Support Clinic is cancelled, CCEA will inform only those who have communicated their intention to attend. It is therefore essential that you advise CCEA of your intention to attend.

Cost:

It is free to attend this support event. Unfortunately, teacher release is not available.
