Will I get a refund on my tickets?

Refunds are offered up until 3 weeks before the event after which there will be no refunds. Thank you.

If I can no longer make it, can I give my ticket to somebody else?

If you can no longer make it, you can give your tickets to somebody else but please inform the organisers so that the correct name is available at the registration desk. Only names of people on the registration desk will be admitted into the conference.

Are networking drinks following the main event?

Yes there will be a networking drinks reception from 6pm - 8pm UK time following the main event.

Is there a formal dress code?

There is no formal dress code to attend the conference. However the recommended dress code is smart casual.
