Back from the Boley rural heritage festival in Hilltown is back for it's second year with a line-up that will transport you into our past. From buttermaking to storytelling, from music to potato gathering, we celebrate all that's best about our district.

CEOL is a new young band from all over Ireland with a passion for folk music. They were discovered by Nathan Carter and Liam McKenna. Cathal (Dublin), Matthew (Donegal), James (Wexford) and Daryl (Kildare) aim to bring folk music to a new generation.They take inspiration from The Dubliners, The Chieftans, Christy Moore, Mumford and Sons, and many other great Irish and international artists before them.A﻿nd they&#x27;re in Hilltown in August!L﻿ocal lad Jack Devlin and his band, Flat White, will warm-up from 8.30pm.
