Participants of the course will make up to 8 keepsake hanging Christmas decorations to adorn your tree over the festive season! Natalie from Upsydaisy Craft will show you simple and more complex pottery techniques to create pattern and texture using a vast variety of cutters and stamps which she will provide (everything from flowers, hearts and dinosaurs to letters, clouds and houses). 
As the pieces dry Natalie will demonstrate glazing and bring along examples of the colours for the class to glaze their own pieces. The finished items will be loaded into individual boxes and taken away to be fired in the kiln and will be ready for collection at the shop approx. 2 weeks later – you will receive email confirmation and finished pieces can be posted out (this can be arranged in the class)
Natalie will bring examples of what can be made, please feel free to bring along any stamps/textures you want to try in the clay, any ideas or sketches you may have. Or just come along and see what creativity inspires you on the night!
No previous experience required, lots of fun to be had playing with clay – recommended to bring an apron but the clay doesn’t stain.
All materials and equipment provided. Suitable for adults and responsible children.
Cost £30.00 per person plus booking fee of £2.03.

Our Classes hold a maximum of 6 people so are lovely and relaxed, fun evenings of crafting, chatting and cake! Places are limited and will book up quickly so don't delay, call today!

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
There is metered on-street parking along Templar/Edward Street which is just across from the bottom of the Grand Arcade, which is £3 after 6pm. 
There are car parks on Templar/Edward Street, payable on departure. 
There is free parking (after 6pm) on Trafalgar/Nile/Regent Streets. These streets are just off North Street and are less than 5 minutes walk from the Grand Arcade.
We are situated 10 minutes walk from Leeds Train Station.
We are a 2 minute walk from the Headrow and Vicar Lane for buses.

 What's the refund policy?
All bookings are final and non-refundable unless cancelled by Our Handmade Collective.
 Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No - save the environment and don't print!
 Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
You'll need to contact Our Handmade Collective to advise if you wish to transfer your ticket to someone else.
 Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
Yes, as long as you have informed Our Handmade Collective in advance, and received acknowledgement of the amendment.
