Our body consists of seven main energy centres which are called Chakras - it means wheel in Sanskrit. Energy flows in a circular motion and when the energy flow is blocked it causes various problems causing physical, emotional and mental imbalances/illnesses. 
Ever wondered why some days you feel so energetic and other days, even though you have had enough sleep, you still feel lethargic? This could mean the energy flow is blocked.
Why not come and experience cleansing of your own chakras through physical yoga exercises, specific breathing techniques, chanting and meditation designed for each chakra.
This workshop will cost £20.
Brighton University students get 20% discount, proof required at the venue.

Yoga mats are provided , feel free to bring your own cushion or blanket if you would like.
